What It Took to Get Here

We tested 17 textures before landing on one that felt just right.
Ran over 80 drop simulations to make sure the corners didn’t just survive — they absorbed.
We rejected a dozen magnetic layouts until the snap felt centered, secure, silent.
We prototyped 5 versions of the button feel. The first 4? Too soft. Too stiff. Too fake.
