Before Fulfillment
If your order has not been shipped and is still unfulfilled, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at casesun.official@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed for shipment.
After Fulfillment
Once an order has been marked as “fulfilled” or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after the product has been delivered, following the return policy outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with all protective films, tags, and accessories intact.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts and protective wrapping.
The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Clear photos of the product and its packaging must be provided for approval prior to return.
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used or installed.
Packaging that has been opened, damaged, or discarded.
Products returned without prior approval.
Orders exceeding the 30-day return window.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email casesun.official@gmail.com with:
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or incorrect product.
If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement product (at no additional cost).
A full refund.
In such cases, CASESUN will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning the product due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect model or color ordered):
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A full refund will be issued only if the returned item passes inspection and meets all eligibility requirements.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial or no refund will be issued.
To initiate a return:
Contact us via casesun.official@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
Await confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the product using a trackable shipping method to the address we provide.
(We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the returned product does not meet our condition standards, a partial or no refund will be given.
We are not responsible for bank or card processing delays.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in new condition and is being exchanged for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Email casesun.official@gmail.com to initiate.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged Returns: If a returned product is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct the damage from the refund.
Photos Required: For all returns, clear photos of the product and packaging are required to process your request.
Packaging Reminder: Please retain your packaging materials until you are certain you are keeping the product.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
